COURSE CONTENT
A selection of core units includes:
Planning Personal Fitness; Sport and Physical Recreation in the Community; Human Physiology in the Development of Sports Performance; Resistance Training, European Skiing Residential.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should be physically fit and display good communication skills. Applicants should also demonstrate a core skills profile at Intermediate 2 level.
